for BTNSAMPL.ZIP
=======================================
The images included in this ZIP file are samples of
all-original link-buttons that you can use freely
on your own web-site! I have more available at
my homepage to download and use as you like on your
own homepage, at...

http://sklarnet.com

Stop by "Honest Har's Graphics Zone" in the
"WebWorks" section of my site for more FREE
all-original link-buttons, background tiles
and divider-bars.

If you do use any or all of these images, all
I ask of you is the following:

1.) Please e-mail me your page's URL so I can
check it out! Or better yet,
stop by my homepage and fill out the "Ideas
and Suggestions" form
at   http://sklarnet.com/zonefeed.htm. I in turn
will be glad to put up a link to your page
from mine in my "User's Showcase" page.
2.) If you could, please set up a link from your
page to mine so others might be able to get some
use from these images. If you do, let me know;
again, I'll be glad to do likewise.
3.) Please do not include these image files under
your page's copyright,
as I hold the copyright of these images.

Thanks...and good luck!  ;-)

HOW TO USE THESE BUTTONS AS CLICKABLE LINKS:

To use these (or any!) images as clickable links to another
page, put the image's <IMG> tag between the <A HREF> and </A> tags
for the page's link. For example: say you want to use the file
"aboutme.jpg" as a clickable link-button to a page on your website
called "mybio.htm." You would code the HTML for this like so:

<a href="mybio.htm"><img src="aboutme.jpg" width="74" height="32"
alt="Click here to go to my bio page!" border="0"></a>

It's always a good idea to include the "width" and "height" attributes
for your <IMG> tag...this helps make your page seem to load faster. Also,
always use "ALT" attributes with all your images: this will make it
easier for people visiting your site to know what the image is if they
are browsing with "Image Auto-Load" turned OFF to increase their speed.
It also helps visually-impared visitors using special "text-to-speech"
converters to "read" your page and know what you're trying to show them!

HOW TO USE THESE BUTTONS AS E-MAIL LINKS:

To use these (or any) images as a clickable e-mail link to your e-mail
address, set up the HTML the same as above, but in the <A HREF> tag use
this syntax:

<A HREF="MAITO:youraddress@yourdomain.com">

...where "youraddress@yourdomain.com" is YOUR full e-mail address instead
of the name of a page to link to. When someone clicks on this link it
should open up the visitor's e-mail program in his/her browser with your
address already in the "To: " field.
